Return Policy

1. Returns are applicable only to select products. Detailed eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages.
2. Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery. Exchange requests for non-defective products will not be accepted.
3. If pickup service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return or exchange shipping charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy

Refund requests are accepted for eligible cases involving defective products or missing, incorrect, or damaged items in a combo order, subject to verification.

Once the returned product has been picked up or received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original payment method.
